Service Quality
Before we take on a repair job, we will diagnose the faulty iPhone and highlight to you the issues preventing your iPhone from operating satisfactorily.
After which we will advise you regarding the solutions available and give you a quotation before we commence with the repair. Except for water-damaged iPhones, all repairs are done on the spot. Water-damaged iPhones take a longer time to diagnose and revive.
At any point during the repair, feel free to ask our technician any questions pertaining to your broken iPhone and they will be glad to share some iPhone maintenance tips with you.
If we don’t solve your issue, you will not be charged for the service. We feel that is only fair.
After sales service
We warrant all iPhones repairs against failure of the replacement part and service for 30 to 90 days depending on the problem your phone was having (not applicable for water damaged phones). That’s our way to ensure you get the proper service quality you deserve.
